Melanie Amoruso, Clinic Director

Melanie has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist in the Boise and Meridian area for the past nine years. She is a board-certified specialist in orthopedics, and specializes in dry needling, ASTYM, and orthopedic injuries. A long-time Idaho resident of thirty years, Melanie graduated from Boise State University in 2005 with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness Evaluation and Programming. She attended Pacific University in Oregon where she earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2013. She has earned advanced certifications in her field, including Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT), Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), Certified Dry Needling (Cert. DN) and a certificate in Aquatic Therapy. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and furry companions, exercising, reading, listening to podcasts, and taking advantage of all of the outdoor recreation that Idaho has to offer.

BEAU URBANIAK, PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Beau Urbaniak is a passionate physical therapist who earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Idaho State University in 2023, where he also completed his undergraduate education in 2020 earning a Bachelors of Art in Liberal Arts. Throughout his academic journey, Beau's focus has been on treating orthopedic injuries in an outpatient setting, gaining valuable clinical experience through internships. Beau is driven by personal goals of providing evidence-based practice to his patients while creating a comfortable healing environment. Originally from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Beau relocated to the Boise area for his studies. Outside of his professional pursuits, he finds joy in playing board games with friends and immersing himself in nature through camping and hiking adventures.

Kaylene Brun, Office Manager

Kaylene was born and raised in Idaho and grew up in Meridian. She graduated from Boise State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Kaylene recently served in the Idaho Army National Guard for almost 13 years as a Human Resources Specialist. She is passionate about helping people and being involved in the community. In her free time she enjoys exercise classes at the gym, watching her son, Kolter, play basketball and going to the movies.
